What happens in a class?

About a goat yoga class, you can expect a traditional yoga session with the added element of goats roaming around and sometimes interacting with participants. It's a fun and unique experience that combines the benefits of yoga with the joy of being around animals.

What you need in the class?

For the class, you should bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and perhaps a towel in case you get sweaty or need to wipe off any goat hoof prints!
